• Installing and maintaining Network devices such as router, switch, firewall, access point etc.
• Performs day to day security operations to maintain the security of the different enterprise systems.
• Maintaining Servers, Database, Attendance machine, Door Lock system and Telephone system.
• Monitor, Analyze and resolve security issues and vulnerability issues in a timely, proactive and effective manner.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting the desktop and laptop failures.
• Troubleshooting different types of printers such as desk jet, LaserJet and Dot Matrix printers.
• Installation of software upgraded and maintained operating system.
• Configuration of WLAN Access Point.
• Implementation of Active Directory Service (ADS).
• Operating with Windows Server 2003 and Server 2008.
• Installing and configuring DHCP.
• Installing and configuring DNS server.
• Server Backup and restoration.
• Provides 24*7 supports for any issues in front office and back office software such as WISH, Prolific and Touche Cashiering.
