Duties Include Monitoring, Timekeeping, Scheduling & Training for drivers & preparing MIS report.
Direct the activities of staff in relation to transportation operations including dispatching, routing
and tracking transportation vehicles by using GPS-GPRS system
Conducting Ramp Safety, Basic Airside & Landside Driving Safety Awareness Training.
Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Ensures
Vehicle cleanliness.
Monitors submitted work orders, to ensure services & repairs are performed in a timely manner by the contractor & vendor personnel. Direct activities related to
dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles. Monitor expenditures; maintain work records, time sheets, job reports, plan work operations and adjust
work assignments. Reporting timely incidents.
Maintains the vehicles key roaster. Maintains weekly & monthly reports to monitor the performance of the fleet. Collaborate with managers and staff members in
order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety
meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
Lead by example through passionate, hands on approach and motivating the team.
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Office / Transport.
Responsible for the supervision of transport drivers & staffs, & maintenance scheduling for the entire transportation platoon ie; vehicle such as Heavy & Medium vehicles.(Benz, Toyota, Mitsubishi & Nisssan)
