1. Managing centralized Motor and Non-Motor Claims departments (Fire, Marine, Engineerin, Liability and General Accident Claims).
2. Coordinate with Shariah Committee to assist them in understanding of any new takaful product for onward submission to SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency -Regulator).
3. Launched 17 new takaful products in collaboration with underwriting team and Shariah.
4. Underwriting of Personal Accident Takaful.
5. Liaise with different departments to reply queries of SAMA against various General insurance products to fulfill SAMA's requirements.
6. Working on MS Visio and Adobe Captivate software to design Standard Operating Procedure for Underwriting and Claims.
7. Total staff of 82 persons with 5 direct reporting.
8. Claim approval authority of SAR. 50, 000 for non-motor and SAR.90, 000 for motor claims.
9. Supervise average of hundred non-motor claims per month and three thousand motor claims per month.
10. Liaise with Legal department in case of recovery/subrogation chances from third party in non-motor claims.
11. Appoint Recovery Agent in case of recovery/subrogation chances in marine claims.

12. Deal with International Loss Adjusters (M/s. Cunningham Lindsey, M/s. McLarens Young International, M/s.Crawford, M/s. Charles Taylor, M/s. Matthews Daniel etc.).
13. Launched Personal Accident Takaful product for bank's account holders and credit card holders.
