• Overall responsibility for the coordination with the relevant partners for the recruitment and follow up of Cash for Work (CfW) volunteers.
• Managing “Incentive Labours” team and oversee their selection, recruitment, preparation of contracts, induction, daily tasks, overall operation, attendance and payment
• Oversee and lead the application of NRC’s CfW Policy and UNHCR’s CfW SOPs.
• Communicate and coordinate with UNHCR regarding CfW related matters such as deportation, complaints, eligibility of cases.
• Represent NRC during CfW relevant meetings and community gatherings.
• Follow up with NRC units regarding CfW SOP implementation and make sure that NRC’s CfW Policy is up to date.
• Coordinate with Occupational Health and Safety Technical Officer regarding any CfW related matters regarding injuries or any on-the-job incidents.
• Refer any complaints from CfW volunteers to designated accountability staff member.
• Actively participate in the coordination at camp level to improve the CfW processes.
• Ensure with the support of the M&E unit, that all CfW volunteers go through exit interviews.
• Follow up with the various units on the provision of access to basic facilities to CfW volunteers in NRC's sites and organise their schedule accordingly.
• Oversee the CfW rotation management process and ensure its implementation with various programs according to NRC CfW policy.
• Compile monthly reports and conduct analysis on CfW enrolment.
• Oversee and help manage the service agreements for all CfW volunteers.

• Distribution of Non-Food Items (NFI) according to NRC guidance and SOP

• Responsible for the registration of CfW, updating the database and reporting on a weekly basis on general statistics related to the registration of CfW volunteers.
• Consolidate the bi-weekly request for payment along with finance department.
• Complete the exit interviews for volunteers ending work period.
• Follow up on the CfW volunteer’s rotation schedule with the various shelter units and assist in organizing interviews with the recruitment panel for the selection of volunteers.
• Develop and manage the service agreements for all CfW volunteers.
