Based in the Main Office Dubai, UAE - The Regional Application Support Office, the day-to day activities:
Developing and implementing BPM (Business Process Management) Solutions (BIM workflow, RFI Process, Minutes of Meetings, Leave and Ticket Request System, Purchase Order System, Invoice & Material Tracking System, Biddings System, HTML5 Service forms); Starting from Assessment, Designing, Testing till the delivery of the system with continuous optimization.
Optimization of existing Processes and workflows (Process Re-engineering).
Automating the link between multiple disciplines like Engineering, Procurement, and Construction through custom integrations (BPM solutions) between Document control dept. (EDMS), BIM, QS, planning, costing, payroll, QC, timesheet & telematics software.
Applying Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Front End Loading (FEL), lean construction, visual project controls.
Deploy / implement CCC in-house applications and other IT solutions (EDMS, Certification & QC Controls, Asset Management (Maximo), Material Management (TALISMAN) Telematics, Payroll, and Timesheet) in Mega EPC projects (Oil & Gas, Heavy Civil) in the GCC region.
Provide first line support to project's in-house applications in terms of deployment, implementation and reporting through site visits to various projects in the MENA region.
Training for Projects Engineers on in-house applications through live or demo simulations and workshops, in addition to continuous supervision and support during the project's life cycle.
Provide tailored solutions through Presentations, Software Documentation, User manuals, queries (SQL, FoxPro), Utilities(C#, C), Reports (Crystal reports, SSRS).
SQL Database administration, Data Migration, Relational DBs, SSIS packages (ETL) and Data warehouse, backup plans, and scheduled jobs.
Working with different scrum teams (Assigned as Regional Coordinator between Dubai and Lebanon) in developing automated tailored solutions and performing integrations, regressions, API testing for the deployed systems and processes.
Authored confluence pages detailing business processes, business people, and documented how to plan to build data repositories to maximize complex data provisioning turnover rate.
Telematics software installation (fleet management (Maximo), driver safety (HSE), vehicle tracking solutions (GPS), Microsoft BI reporting).

• Installation of SNS products on Desktops and Laptops for all SNS staff.
• Recommending appropriate improvements to SNS Laptops and desktop environments.
• Support of all internal technical infrastructures.
• Establishing the license requirements for all internal 3rd party application packages.
• Uses established documentation requirements for all internal installations and recommend appropriate improvements and amends documentation.
• Provides basic training for SNS staff on configuration, deployment, upgrades, backup and restoration of all internal 3rd Party applications, operating systems and tools.
• Troubleshooting skills for system configuration, network and other problems and is able to recommend solutions that minimize user risks in the network and dialup environments.
• Ensures all time and expenses are submitted in accordance with SNS standards
• Responsible for on the job mentoring and coaching of SNS staff and customer staff in both technical and functional matters related to all 3rd party packages used.
• Responsible for the purchase of any required Hardware or Software for the Group.
• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of SNS applications.
• Implement of Annual Maintenance Contracts for the Hardware as per requirement.
• Developing & Implementing Hardware / Software Policies for the Company.
• Developing & Implementing Security Policies for the Network, Data of the Company.
• Documentation & tracking of changes made in the in-house software and or Third-Party supplied software, and reviewing the documentations written by others that describes installation and operating procedures.
• Assisting in the creation of training material and may be needed to conduct training courses.
Configuring and administrating security systems, networks and open source software within a coordinating and planning team.
The objectives enclose a complete system to be configured: Storage Area Networks, Systems Analysis, Network Security, System Administration, and Database Management for open source technologies (UNIX, Linux).
the option systems and networks includes system administration and networks security, the development of operating systems and information and especially the development of open systems, open source software and systems board for the challenge of proprietary systems migration to open systems and software. Free software and recycling equipment that increases the life of the computer and equipment. It also includes systems architect with programming skills.
this major includes planning, developing, deploying, testing and optimising network and system services, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems, especially environments with multiple operating systems and configurations, also troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems.
