TECH.OFFICE MANAGER “KING ABDULLAH HOUSING PROJECT- UNIZAH”
Responsible for ensuring consistency of service delivery, Technical support, meeting consultant’s contractor engineer’s needs. Identifying opportunities for developing both the quality of the service. Follow the product technical submittal until project consultant approval, the person will complete all tendering process (design review, installation review and production audit) for the customer. Position will report to Engineering/ Project Manager. In charge of providing the Project organization for delivery of bespoke solutions that require deliverables from teams across the organization and with 3rd party suppliers.
Duties:
• Leading Technical Office Teams in the delivery of client and consultant requirements.
• In charge of coordinating all project activity and ensuring project deliverables are achieved to plan.
• Formulating agendas and action lists.
• Following up project plan, procedures and method statements.
• Reporting the project process weekly and monthly to the project manager and pmo.
•ensure the project processes have no variance with the approved project schedule.
• Calculating, checking and approving the subcontractors monthly invoices.
• Calculating, checking and approving the company monthly invoices with the consultant.
• Calculating the project quantities and get approval from consultant
• Coordinate with the accounting department and carry out financial transactions .
• review tendering drawings and contract audits to complete the final shop drawing.
• Work as site engineer for Qassim Rainwater drainage projects ( Buykarih and Badaya city )
• Work as site engineer for Qassim Sewage projects ( Unaizah city )
• Design and workshop drawing for safaga seaport continued for Egyptian army forces,
• Design and workshop drawing for rehab city residential building models project,
• Design and workshop drawing for king ranch 5 stars hotel,
