•Responsibilities:
•Leading the Internal Audit department in KSA region and jointly reporting to KSA Regional Head and Corp. Internal Control Director depending upon the nature of assignment in hand and annual audit plan.
 Review Financial Statements to ensure compliance with updated IFRS and SOCPA Standards in coordination with External Auditors.
 Review monthly Zakat, Tax & GOSI calculations to check compliance with GAZT Regulations.
 Using investment appraisal techniques for the evaluation of Capital Expenditures, new Construction & MEP Contracts and Sub-Contracting.

 Review Cash Flow Forecasts and prepare Funds allocation plan based on the priority of payments.
 Preparation of risk based audit plan and implement/conduct audit assignments as per the approved plan.
 Review Project specific, Process level and main business operations in local and foreign location of DSI.
 Perform pre audits including review of monthly Payroll, Employees Settlements, and Funds Distribution.

•Responsibilities:
•Recording daily transactions; and maintain complete records after obtaining all required approvals.
•Updating daily financial reports and distribute to stakeholders with budget comparison.
•Prepare monthly, interim and annual management accounts as well as draft financials for external audits.
•Prepare Monthly Invoices for revenue billing; and Review Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Suppliers’ invoices.
•Prepare workings for Income Tax/Withholding Tax deducted and Sales Tax/VAT input & output to calculate net receivable/payable to the Authority.
•File monthly and annual Returns for Income Tax as well as Sales Tax/VAT and also involved in Tax Audits conducted by Authorities.
