Sharaka holdings is one of the leading and fast-growing group of companies in Qatar operating in diversity of sectors. As part of ERP implementation activities, I lead the implementation team as techno-functional consultant, analyst, mentor and team lead.
As part technical team I contributed to development, support and report design of Patient Accounting system.
Conducting initial study and development of Operational Analysis of prevailing systems for ERP implementation projects
Suggesting process flows in ERP and identification of customization wherever required and its documentation as “Solution Design document”.
