- Function as the back-up of Project Manager
- Coordinate site supervisors and contractors prior,
during and after project execution
- Ensure compliance for both Safety and Quality
during site integration
- Track SO invoicing according to execution schedule
- Interface with functional departments during site execution
- Work along with all levels of Customer Officials involved in the
project.
- Constantly track work progress
- Identify critical activities having significant impact on the project
schedule
- Create and implement actions when project schedule is being
compromised
- Coordinate customer site visits with internal team and suppliers
- Identify risks and create and track response plans
- Properly escalate any deviation that is identified to Project
Manager - Participate in project related meetings
- Communicate with other departments when accurate information
is needed for the decision making process
- Help PM to close-out the project in accordance with local
procedure and internal policies
- Leadership to develop and implement site procedures for
safe installation, commissioning and star-up
- Ensure compliance for both Safety and Quality at site
integration
- Provide technical guidance at site
- Commissioning and Start-up of BOP Equipment and Auxiliary
Systems
- Provide feedback to Project Manager, Project
Engineer and Area Manager during project execution
- Commissioning and Start-up of Turbomachinery
(Gas Compression, Power Generation and Pumping Aplications)
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of gas turbines,
driven equipment and auxiliary equipment
- High performance diploma
