Responsible for managing servers (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, RADIUS), firewall and all network equipment including router (Cisco, H3C), switches (Cisco, HP), Access points (Linksys, Cisco, Ubiquiti) and UPS.

Configuration and modification of SCPC internet links and iDirect modems through iBuilder.
Troubleshooting of RF operation tasks(SNR parameters, power level adjustments, space segment and QoS settings)
Configuration of Monitoring and management of network devices (Cisco Switches & routers Satellite Modems etc.) through Whatsup Gold.
Managing and configuration of data connectivity network based on EIGRP, BGP and OSPF.

Management, monitoring and troubleshooting of MAN (iDirect, SCPC), WAN (Radio & Fiber Links) & LAN (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet).

Responsible for all VSAT links of Standard Chartered Bank including branches, Access Shops and Offsite ATM’s through Host Monitor and PRTG NMS.
