Manage all the maintenance work
• Manage all the emergency maintenance work done at all plants.
• Implement the preventive maintenance plan
• Keep in touch with the vendors and relating servicing companies.
Auto-Cad Designer
• Re-design and Modification of the machinery.
• Machinery parts designs such as gears, Sprockets, shafts, Pulleys and other maintenance equipments.
• Civil Structural, House plan drawings and Layouts
• Design of the Civil work Storage Tanks.
• Design of the Electrical panels.
• Plant 2D and 3D Modeling.
• Fire Fighting Hydrant Modification and re-positioning Design.
Fire Fighting/ Safety Supervisor
• Supervise the fire drill.
• Trained the staff relating to fire fighting.
• Inspect the earthing points and check the earthing resistance weekly basis.
Inventory Controller
• Prepare and maintain Stock register (M.S, exel and word reports)
• Prepare Annual formulation cost.
I.S.O. Audi tee Maintenance
• Prepare preventive maintenance plan(Annual and Monthly)
• Issue and supervise the work according to work permits (Cold, Hot and confined space work permits)
• Prepare in house calibration data sheet.
Installation of W.D.G. Plant
• Installation and commissioning of the new machinery.
• Estimate the electrical load and design the electrical panel. Installation of the new Electrical cable duct. Installation of the new earthing points.
• Supervise all the mechanical and civil work.
Civil Work Supervisor
• Supervise all the civil work done at new Logistics stores.
• Design and supervise all the civil work done at Zinc Storage Tank ( Dimension 53’ x 15’x13’
Supervision all the work done on the Annealing Furnace.
Manage all the man power.
Documentation work on the computer.
