Involved in designing and managing a customer care portal for Qatar tourism and TASMU. The administration section is using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and for customer interaction portal is developed using the CRM portal Connector.
Building a portal for Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA), to provide different services licensing, registration, facilities, rack rates etc. to hotels.
The admin side is built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and client side is developed using CRM Portal Connector.
