Highlights and Achievements:
• As Project Leader, successfully delivered implementation of Oracle EBS (Financials, Supply Chain & MSCA, Engineering, Quality, MRP, Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing modules), managing all aspects of the project i.e. delivery side as well as business readiness for the change from inception till closure.
• Played leading role in designing & establishing a Tier 2 Data Center, cost effectively & efficiently, to serve as a reliable platform for delivery of IT Services & Applications.
• Proficient implementation of converged network solution using active and passive technology components from PANDUIT, Cisco & Juniper
• As Project Leader, successfully managed analysis, design, development, standardization & implementation of Distribution Management System throughout the distribution network of DOLLAR.
• Established IT Support Services Model implementing ITIL best practices and ITIL compliant service desk management system
• Enterprise Asset Management, Human Capital Management, CRM, Planning & Budgeting System Implementations

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning strategic IT initiatives & their execution in support of strategies and requirements of the business, ensuring the smooth integration of technology with business effectively managing change on both ends and balancing the competing demands of stakeholders
• Kept abreast of latest technological advancements in IT and IS and transform them into potential solutions to address the distinctive needs of the organization
• Identifying, defining, preparing feasibility (TCO, Cost Benefit Analysis, ROI etc.), appraising, planning and governing projects and programs meeting acceptance criterion, whilst ensuring adherence to organizational policies, methodologies and service standards
• Keep track of human resources & skill requirements by efficient IT HR planning, setting performance measures, goals & objectives, recommending training, conducting team reviews quarterly and annually
• To ensure reliable and cost effective operations of IT Infrastructure & Services for internal and external customers ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements
• Identifying and analyzing technology risks / opportunities and effectively communicating to internal and external stakeholders
• Other responsibilities include Vendor Management, Due Diligence, Contract Administration & Closure, Appraise, Manage & Report CAPEX & OPEX of IT Department
The Company was a Dubai based sister concern of one of the emerging software houses in Pakistan providing packaged software applications to SME’s.
Highlights and Achievements:
• Successfully completed several COTS implementation projects in industry segments like oil field supplies, general trading, auction houses, shipping companies & travel industry.
• Implemented a turnkey solution for an automobile auction house. The scope of project consisted of implementation of Tier 2 ERP solution, Document Management System & a dynamic Portal to support live auction & online bidding facilities.
• Successfully Implemented Tier 2 ERP solution in a Pharmacy Company
