• My Responsibilities: -
- Develop and Execute the Company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to the Commercial and CEO so they will have an accurate view of the company’s future.
- Coordinate between sales and Operation (S&OP) to control distributed quantities.
- Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling all logistics activities.
- Forecasting all inventories capacity in order to control it.
- Annual Budgeting of Logistics Cost based on historical analysis and cost saving initiatives.
- Evaluates and creates surveys for all logistics service regularly.
- Communicate and maintain the relationship between all logistics stakeholders (Vendors, Suppliers, Customers, Operations, Sales).
- Developing systems and maintain the current, creating rules and checking it regular.
- Develop an efficient and effectiveness logistics solutions in order to minimize costs, maximize profit, customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safety is well considered in the logistics environment.

• My Responsibilities: -
- Managing Own-fleet utilization and operation regarding to Logistics SOP.
- Own-fleet Budget creating, analyzing, follow-up and optimized.
- Communicate with Customers and commercial Sales in order to Prioritize dispatch schedule.
- Lead (Traffic controller, Logistics Customer service, Dispatchers, Own fleet follow-up, GPS) In order to pest efficiency.
- Plan and Execute all Own Fleet Safety lectures and Issues as the following:
- Risk assessment (Sites and Roads) study.
- Defensive of driving training for Logistics drivers.
- Safety lecturer in Daily basses to the driver to ensure the Safety Concepts is applied & implemented.
- Investigate any Accident to know the root causes behind it, and taking the preventive actions.
- Supervise the GPS (Graphic Position System) team, GPS data and analysis in addition of developing the system.
- Put and Execute Alcohol & Drugs test Plan.
- Cascade and communicate the KPI’s for the Own fleet members.
- Bulk Cement Vendors relationship responsibility. From A to Z. From negotiation about freights till follow-up the daily dispatch Quantities and receiving their checks.
- Supervise facilities maintenance for the own fleet area.
- Coordinate the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance plan with the maintenance dept.
- Coordinate the Bulk cement capacity quota with the operation.
Coordinate the Bulk Cement Capacity quota with the Sales team.
