Plan, establish, implement, and monitor all department's quality procedures and specifications.
o Coordinate with relevant IT units to assure meeting the standards.

o Forecast and develop the yearly requirement of the IT Dpt.
o Monitor and process Petty cash purchases and control its budget in the IT Dpt.
o Work jointly with HR Dpt. for recruitment process, employment verification, onboarding and
exit procedure for IT Dpt. members.
o Review and match the IT procurements Invoices with its related Purchase orders.
o Develop IT Dpt. Invoice Report and communicate it with Finance Dpt.
o Review ERP system Invoices and its development Consultants team before report it to
Finance.
-Help assist customers with account questions as well as issues such as missing debit and credit cards, resetting account passwords and money transfers.
-Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines.
-Perform an advisory role with customers on inquiries about bank's products and E-services.
-Help solve customer problem.
-Provide support to western province team in tracking daily works.
-generate daily staff performance report.
