• Managed to monitor and supervise during the install of all production & process machines in the plant.
• Lead the team for the Commissioning & Start-up of the manufacturing plant.

Strictly implemented safekeeping and rehabilitation of inmates while awaiting for their trial on court. Conducted several activities such as recreational, livelihood programs, religious, etc. involving 2, 700 inmates across the region.
Develop and analyze all plans & programs for all inmates’ activities for an annual basis.
Responsible on the distributions of all existing and newly released products for promotional and disposal purposes. Transaction covers more than 3, 000 outlets in 6 provinces region wide.
Accountable for all the planning activities and merchandising of products.
