1) SAFCO-V Urea Stand-Alone Project: \[June 2013-Present\]:

• Building a grass root Urea Plant with stand-alone Utility Facilities in liaison with EPC Contractor: SAIPEM, overseeing the Utility Area Construction and Plant Readiness Program.
• Providing a high level of diverse operational and technical support to challenging proposed construction schedule (Levels 3, 4, 5 & 6) and supporting EPC Contractor through Pre-commissioning and Mechanical Completion Activities.
2) Al-Bayroni Ammonia Energy Optimization Project (ABEOP): \[May 2012 - May 2013\]
• Worked on consistently improving Ammonia Plant production by 18.6% by optimizing the energy consumption through major modification on the plant process.
3) Petrokemya West Utility & Offsite Project (Jun 2008 - July 2010):
• Served as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, managed the Process Development Package & Basic Engineering to build Utility plant for new ABS Plant and future projects.

Highlights:
• Joined the company as Mechanical Design Engineer, rotated through several departments including Petrochemical Plants, Steel Plant, Fertilizers, Utilities, Port facilities, etc.and crafted an upward growth curve to merit promotion as Utility Area Construction Leader
• Provided overall direction, management and supervision of multi-disciplinary projects to appropriate time, cost and quality targets and provide strategic planning, leadership and support to project operations.
• Planned, organized, directed, controlled and evaluated Mega projects from Concept Development to Mechanical Completion and Start-Up.
• Worked with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor offering innovative execution and delivery solutions for projects of scale and complexity, whilst managing diverse technological interfaces.

Project Responsibilities:
• Defining project objectives/ plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and assigning field-specialists.
• Monitoring/ directing the assigned project resources to overcome triple constraints- project scope, time and cost.
• Planning the work schedules and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, Safety & Quality performance thus ensuring procedural adherence.
• Defining work scope, authorizing work, monitoring progress and certifying Contractor progress.
• Approving plans for the control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency and engineering effectiveness in addition to liaising with Authorities such as HCIS, RC, Port Authorities, etc for required EPC approvals.

Design Responsibilities:
• Providing professional services throughout the complete life cycle of the asset starting from initial surveys and concept planning, through to design, delivery, project management, supervision and on-going manufacturers expediting processes.
• Managing the full range of design engineering disciplines services to include approval of engineering deliverables, Vendors' engineering deliverables, Approval of EPC Progress as well as witnessing Factory Acceptance Test.
• Developing conceptual and detailed design solutions, production of specifications and technical review of EPC Progress.
• Participated in hazard identification, HAZOP, PHA and ensured implementation of safe operating procedures and corporate safety training programs.

Construction Responsibilities:
• Managing a Mechanical Construction/ Structural Engineering team in the preparation of feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, and construction.
• Analyzing and approving construction documents encompassing Method Statements, Technical Proposals, Rigging Plans, Material Approval Requests, etc.
• Supervising and expediting key activities such as Mechanical and Piping Progress, preparing time guidelines and schedules for various stages of Mechanical Completion.

• Insured all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures, assembled and presented a professional estimate with the tools and systems available.
