Established the Transportation division of the company started Managing and operating the division in all aspects and report to General Manager.
Managing and supervising the staff, preparing daily working schedules and co-ordinating staff working activities.

Maintaining incoming and outgoing inventory levels and orders and records.
Inspected physical condition of warehouse and equipment and prepared work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
Manage workshop loading and liaising with customers to make sure vehicles were available to be serviced and inspected in accordance with legislation.
Moved products to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stacked and stored the merchandise in the appropriate area.
Provide necessary scheduling for all staffs.
Communicate with Chinese companies to order the spare parts and the fleet.
Develop, implement, and monitor a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.
Supervise the activities of assigned sales territories to meet and exceed yearly sub team goal.
Complete all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback and team territory management activities.
Work with editorial and marketing staff to prioritize sales campaigns and to provide solutions to sales representatives' needs.
Maintain expert knowledge of all product and content delivery systems.
Train and supervise interns and temporary staff as applicable.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by team management
