• Study the project documents to know the scope of work and how to implement it.
• Coordinate with the Electricity Distribution Sector responsible for removing or relocating electricity obstacles from the new road path along with proposing technical solutions.
• Discuss and get the minutes of meetings ready and approved them from concerned authorities
• Follow up removing electrical obstacles from the new road path.
• Update the execution situation and preparing weekly reports.
• Provide technical recommendations and practical solutions to the owner
• Study and review the electrical shop drawings, materials and time schedule submitted by the contractor.
• Review the inspection requests for site installations, testing & commissioning
• Review the executed BOQ before releasing the payments.
• Participated & successfully completed electrical works in more than 40 projects
• Achieve the project objectives by carefully study, understand and review its documents (Contract, Drawings, B.O.Q, Specs....)
• Preparing, submitting, and adhering to the project time schedule, and modify it when needed
• Prepare detailed implementation documents (shop drawings, Loads schedules, V.D calculations, SLD, cables sizes, RFI..) for electrical and low current systems in accordance with project documents and site conditions
• Submit implementation documents to the concerned authorities and follow them to obtain the approval
• Reduce the procurement invoices by negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best price of the described material
• Submit materials catalogs for approval
• Issuing purchase orders for approved materials and ensure that the electrical materials are comply with the specifications and delivered to the site on time
• Supervise site teamwork and provide technical support
• Provide the equipment and tools required to complete the work smoothly
• Reduce project cost by the optimal planning of labor, tools and supervise the implementation
• Attend periodic meetings and coordinate with other engineering services
• Study and respond to project correspondence
• Review electrical panel manufacturing drawings and their conformity with project requirements and suitability for on-site installation
• Review manufacturers instructions for low current systems installation and coordinate with related services
• excellent knowledge in fire alarm, Access control, data network, CCTV, , TV & satellite..
• Ensure that HSE requirements are followed
• Prepare the testing instruments and commissioning
• Prepare and review as built drawings and final BOQ
• Prepare and submit payments requests
• Design new villas and chalets
• Tenders study and pricing them
• Manage many projects up to 800, 000 KD simultaneously
• Implemented many street lighting projects as well as maintenance work
• Coordinate with project implementation team for work smooth flow.
• Ensure on time materials delivery.
• Establish implementation schedules, tools and labor requirements.
• Check work quality and Prepare for testing & Inspection requests.
