We worked at Zain-NEC reload project to upgrade allover Zain network .
• Complete hardware Installation for NEC links with different capacity 1+0 to 8+0 or 4+4 XPIC Diversity.
• Configure all link parameters (IPASOO and ODUs) and making alignment, interference, XPD tests.
• Creating IP network and insure that all links is visible to back office server.
• Creating and Migrating VLAN and connect link with routers (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel) to carry traffic from BSC.
• Routing traffic to its path, connect each link to sites Nokia BTS and insure that 2G, 3G, LTE VLANs correctly Migrated.
• Enhance time synchronization system for all networks.
• Make tests to all networks, troubleshooting for any type of issues
• Implement the strategy of corporate in distribution, Sales & marketing SEEKER for all Market segments (Projects - Wholesalers - Retailers).
• Support Clients technically aftersales.
• Develop & establish a strategic partnership with the partners so as to further expand & penetrate the range of SEEKER products into the KSA market.
• Drive the sales to achieve the annual plan (Sales-Market execution-Market share-Profit).
• Lead the Business/Distributors thinking develop & implement SEEKER brand strategies.
• Contribute to Integrate commercial planning to develop Brand/Market plan.
• Understand & drive customer’s insights & developments.
• Ensure that timely execution & implementation of marketing activities & initiatives at the trade level.
• Monitor sales teams, complete business and commercial plans for critical business strategy development.

Leads several telecom teams serve project about troubleshooting Ericson and Siae links.
Prepare action plan depend on work order and timeline of project.
Coordinate and organize the work area and distribute teams.
Supervise the progress of teams and support them in technical problems.
Making reviews, evaluations and training of new engineers or technicians in the project.
Meeting with operators, discuss reports and order needed materials.
Visiting sites of telecom stations (Alcatel Links and BTS) according to work order from operator (Mobinil).
Surveying site and ensure that all components installed correctly.
Setup software to links and BTS.
Initiate signals to connect with other sites.
Make realignment to RF antennas and ensure that station working properly and serve its cell .
Then reporting to project manager.
