1.1.1. New Product development (internal & external).

1.2 Job Achievements:
1.2.1 Developed over 12 new products managed by 8 product managers in the fields of lighting, power, electronics,
renewable energy, equipment, material, measuring devices, marking, etc…
1.2.2 Implemented the N.P.D. (new product development) process in 5 companies as part of the group’s restructuring
process.
1.2.3 Introduced, approved and implemented new technologies to companies and consultants withholding seminars and

1.2.4 Established over 6 international agreements applying the necessary S.C.M. (supply chain management) principals from
start up, industry initiatives, technology, to warehousing.
1.2.5 Pinned the department as the focal point within the group remapping the group’s business model.
1.2.6 Remapped 2 commercial companies’ workflows increasing efficiency up to 40%.
1.2.7 Remapped the group’s central procurement department workflow to become further refined towards
electromechanical product procurement.
1.2.8 Created and delivered the renewable energy certification manual including training and establishment of a solar unit.
1.2.9 Submitted over 50 technical, commercial & financial proposals and recommendations in the fields of lighting, power
and solar energy to top notch private and public sector companies and consultants such as Jaguar, Four Seasons hotels,
Mirage mall, Kempinski hotels and resorts, Honda showrooms, Carrefour headquarters, Nestle Waters, Mercedes Benz
Egypt, Kandeel Steel, Omar Oasis, Oriental Weavers, EFG Hermes, Palm Hills Developments, Red sea governorate,
Pgesco, Eastern Power company, Borg Al arab, Telecom Egypt, Smart Village Egypt, 6th October roads and services,
General Authority for Roads bridges & land transport, Commercial International Bank, Principal Agriculture Credit Bank,
Ein Shams University, etc…
1.2.10 Provided technical assistance and guidance in developing and issuing the lighting, power and solar energy units/street
lighting request for proposal of to the Red Sea governorate, Red Sea housing & construction, South Power Plant Public
Company, West Power Plant Public Company, Suez Petroleum, PGESCO, Nissan Motors Egypt, DETAC Construction,
Mercedes Benz Egypt S.A.E., 6th October housing & construction and Suez Canal Urban Development
1.2.11 Trained and developed over 5 product managers in various engineering fields to become liable each in their unit for the
profit and loss of their products.
1.2.12 Provided decision support sales/expenses and budget forecasting to the B.o.D. in multi million projects.
2.1 Job Responsibilities:
2.1.1. Cooperate with the international expert/consultants in the fields of technology, project management, customer
segmentation, and operations in order to acquire the knowhow of each field and carry on the work.
2.1.2. Assist with the technology GAP analysis report through the cooperation with ING Bearing Point consultant.
2.1.3. Assist with the creation of the bank’s strategic plan in cooperation with McKinsey&Company consultant.
2.1.4. Create and maintain a monthly reporting tool for the board of directors that includes the update of the bank’s strategic
products status.
2.1.5. Create, plan, monitor & control, and complete the strategic plan projects charters and projects documents, asses’ risks
and necessary mitigations.
2.2 Job Achievements:
2.2.1. Successfully created the required models for customer segmentation.
2.2.2. Finalized the technology sector GAP analysis under the supervision of the ING bearing point consultants.
2.2.3. Captured the technology & operations sectors work flow models and enhanced it by approximately 15% under the
supervision of the European Investment Bank consultants.
2.2.4. Implemented the National Bank of Egypt strategic plan with the aid of McKinsey&Company consultants.
2.2.5. Maintained the project management office post the McKinsey&Company consultants, coordinating the efforts of seven
senior bankers to complete the bank’s strategic plan on time.
2.2.6. Created the bank’s strategic monitoring tool to aid reporting to the board of directors.
2.2.7. One of three employees with the highest security clearance which enabled me to view actual customer and other data.
2.2.8. Became the new data center project manager to be established in the smart village.
3.1 Job Responsibilities:
3.1.1. Responsible for the P&L of the company.
3.1.2. Identify the products portfolio suitable for the Egyptian market.
3.1.3. Establish connections with international vendors for the required products.
3.1.4. Acquire a strong customer base to reach a positive cash flow.
3.2. Job Achievements:
3.2.1. Gained a 12% net profits from selling power saving lamps and computer equipment.
3.2.2. Successfully identified the highest selling products and was able to sell over two containers
3.2.3. Established agreements with local hyper markets such as hyper one, spinnys, fatthalah, etc…
3.2.4. Became a major supplier of high quality power saving lamps in Cairo and Alexandria electrical zone hearts (attaba &
saba3 banat)
3.2.5. Provided the necessary documents for the taxes.
