* Entrusted with the responsibility of leading credit control division and managing credit control, order to
cash processes, receivable, settlement of client issues and day-to-day activities of AR Team
* Conducting periodic credit assessments of all credit distributors/ dealers and managing internal database
for assigning credit limits

* Ensuring background validation of distributors/consignees commercial/professional
* Supervising overdue debtors & escalating followed by visit to defaulters premises
* Regularly visiting key distributors PAN India for payment issues closures to avoid aged debt
* Assisting legal team to initiate necessary action against payment default by providing required documents
and information
* Making sure closure of business agreements take place with distributors/consignees & due diligence
* Responsible for betterment in DSO and reduction in more than 60 days outstanding
* Reviewing credit/collection with sales team for collection analysis and re-setting of credit limit and
collection targets
* Managing and guiding a team of commercial officers for timely reconciliations/ balance confirmations,
payment follow ups/ completion of compliances

* Managed region north for billing to cash function and overseeing the credit control function
* Entrusted with the responsibility of formulating strategies and setting up collection targets to meet DSO
plans set by the company
* Established relationship with clients in order to reduce exposure to potential bad debt
* Ensured implementation and maintenance of a set of comprehensive credit risk policies and guidelines
