Responsible for analyzing local sales of 300+ SKUs which are classified into 12 categories.
Preparing consolidated regional sales analysis report on monthly basis.
Preparing monthly employee performance report based on various KPIs.
Preparing daily sales performance analysis report based on categories, brands, regions and
customer group.
Managing the Company's Targets on monthly and yearly basis.
Making the AOP for the next year performance.
Building the strong relationship with the Key Customers
Managing the new Accounts and existing Accounts
Developing and implementing sales strategies (Trade offer/ Consumer promotion)
Designing and implementing the BTL activities at Key Outlets.
Maintaining the Stock and re-ordering of the stock fro head office
Maintaining and Ensuring the availability of all the product line and stock list on daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing new key accounts (on premises)
• Distribution management and Route planning of Key accounts.
• Managing smooth flow of supplies.
• Making sales strategies (consumer Promotions & trade offers) in key accounts.
• Executing promotions and marketing activities
• Enhancing the visibility with the help of Sales team.
• Dealing with Key customers for setting the objectives and tracking performance on regular basis.
• Assisting Head of Key Accounts & advertising in planning and execution of events.
• Dealing with all the sponsorships and ensuring maximum visibility of brand.
• Planning account wise targets and assists KAH in planning to improve the account/outlet sales contribution.
• Ensuring the availability of all SKU’s properly shelved and showcased
• To fix all communication and distribution gaps between the customers and company
• To make the operational plan for the upcoming year and the provide the sales review of all the Key Accounts on quarterly basis
• To monitor all the activities of merchandisers and get the feedback from them on daily basis, in order to track the market and competitor’s activities.
• To seek out & develop new business opportunities for the category.
• Identifying the special/seasonal occasions to capture the events.
Key Responsibilities
• Dealing with suppliers; negotiating with the supplier and add them in the Approved vendor list.
• Maintaining the records of all the stock available in the company and issue the stock as per the request.
• Managing all the events sponsored by the company.
• Monitoring and tracking the vehicles fuel consumption and maintaining the company records
• Vehicle Periodic and Breakdown maintenance
