Network administration, troubleshooting and technical support for the HQ users
 SAP administration
 Computer maintenance (software and hardware)
 Daily backup of users files
 Monthly backup of all servers
 Hardware estimation for users pcs whether upgrade or replace
 Following up maintenance issue of IT devices with different vendors
 Following up internet & leased lines problems with different ISPs.
 Complete preparation for new pcs (O.S, data transfer, mail backup, etc.)
 Determine new IT devices (Servers, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Copiers…etc.) for HQ
and handle offers from different suppliers.
