Education

Master's degree, Business and Management
  • at Sagesse University - Lebanon
  • June 2013

The main courses that I have acquired are Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Decision Making, Managing Global Corporation, Business Politics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, and many more. My thesis was about "The Application of Motivation Theories on Software Engineers: Success of Failure?". The hypothesis attained was that no matter which theory a software company wishes to apply, some motivational twists should be considered when dealing with its software engineers, due to their personality traits and to the complexities of the programming profession. Moreover, any motivational theory should not be taken as it is and integrated into the global strategy of the company that affects all the different departments equally, rather when it comes to the software engineers department is should be upgraded and accompanied with additional environmental and psychological steps. In addition, an online survey was posted and 66 submitters answered it, and the majority of the answers supported my hypothesis. Consequently, my dissertation was graded 90/100.
