Monitor and follow up export/local shipments with various foreign customers, to ensure goods are ready for collection and reach to customers in timely basis.
Preparing accuracy shipping documentations to customers in timely basis and mostly based on Letter Of Credit (L/C) requirements.
Liaise with shipping liners/forwarders/transporters to ensure all the shipments are smooth & in timely basis.
Monitor & update current service of transporters/forwarders. - (Based on quality, pricing & performance of deliveries)
Preparing accuracy monthly reports to Management, such as shipping expenses, sales tax for Government purpose, LMW (License Manufacturing Warehouse) as per customers invoices & MRM (Management Review Meeting) based on ISO Procedure.
Acting as H.O.D. and being responsible to handling Shipping Dept. in Pasir Gudang Branch and attending monthly meeting in HQ, Parit Raja, Batu Pahat.
Analyse & review the transporters/liners/forwarders invoices to ensure their billings are correct before submit to Account Dept.
