* Provide accurate legal advice to managers & staff and ensure that decisions taken are legally correct.
* Draft & review complex legal documents on various matter. ensuring that these are legally sound to ensure that the org. interests are safeguarded.
* Provide legal review, negotiation of all types of contracts & legal documents related business activities including service agreements, letters of intent, MOU's, leases, licenses & bid/tender procedures & documents
*Draft legal opinion where legal clarification is required by management to facilitate decision making
* Assist with the implementation & monitoring of compliance with AZF & its subsidiaries policies and procedures including internal investigations.
* Carry out research & maintain an awareness of developments in the legal field & Qatar laws relevant to AZF & its subsidiaries, including reviewing and reporting on the implications of any new legislation &any legally complex issues to ensure that AZF & its subsidiaries have full information about the legal implication of any decisions

*Review & analyze contractual & operational risk & reports on same to the CLA.
* Draft legal and commercial documents related to complex matters including joint bidding agreements, JV, consortium agreement, legal notifications & early termination documents.

 Analyze the legal aspects of an entity.

* Amending and drafting articles of incorporation.
* Responsible for the legal advises & contracts in GCC countries where the company has other branches (UAE - Qatar - KSA - Kuwait), and also in Syria and Sudan.

• Enhances attorney effectiveness by developing case information, evidence, and settlement options; tracking cases; supporting attorney's trial proceedings whether concerned Law in Egypt or other countries in the Gulf.
• Translate reports, laws and contracts & legal researches from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Advise and assist on legal matters in connection with the office activities.
