•Managing the project within the time, budget & quality frame.
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Overall planning of the project including: project overview, detailed planning of the work package, resource planning, scheduling and interface management.
•Review the construction, commissioning & facility plans to ensure compliance with operational requirements of the project.
•Oversees the completion of the project’s documentation dossier and the handing over documents.
•Monitor and improve the staff & labors productivity.
•Improve the weekly progress.
