•Delivered a consumption-based billing solution generating €17m revenue per month from Alcatel-Lucent (10% more than target)
•Managed a $5m project portfolio including virtual teams based in Europe, North America and offshore, with multiple time-zones, cultures and languages
•Coordinated components of the roll-out of new DII desktop/infrastructure within the MOD, 70k devices, 200k users, 650+ locations
•Led infrastructure refreshes and data centre migrations (27 applications)
•Analysed asset management data supporting due diligence activities for new business worth $200m identifying additional revenue opportunities
•Home based. Extensive Travel in EMEA and North America
