•Headed 3 Global, 6 Regional and many country projects and programmes, successfully managing budgets to $5m, 60+ staff, 18 month duration
•Managed a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects upgrading hardware, software, firmware and OS through the system and software lifecycles
•Won a “Blue Diamond” Award for client collaboration from Rolls-Royce, for service delivery and infrastructure improvement projects
•Led National Grid in the implementation of an ITIL Service Management Service Integrator layer - leading the successful integration of six new vendors into their IS eco-system
•Successfully implemented a new 2nd level Service Desk for Aviva supporting 35k seats (budget $3m) using offshore resources in India and Bulgaria, integrating with 2 other suppliers
•Delivered a consumption-based billing solution generating €17m revenue per month from Alcatel-Lucent (10% more than target)
•Managed a $5m project portfolio including virtual teams based in Europe, North America and offshore, with multiple time-zones, cultures and languages
•Coordinated components of the roll-out of new DII desktop/infrastructure within the MOD, 70k devices, 200k users, 650+ locations
•Led infrastructure refreshes and data centre migrations (27 applications)
•Analysed asset management data supporting due diligence activities for new business worth $200m identifying additional revenue opportunities
