Managing team of more than 1500 staff in mega FM project in Qatar, to provide IFM services to 89 schools in Qatar throgh Ministry of Education including hard and soft services.
Operations and maintenance of district cooling plants and the connected facilities in Qatar Foundation, operations of 3 cooling plants of total 91k TONs. ensuring the supply chilled water temperate and flow to all buildings are sufficient, and ensuring the plants efficiency .
operations and maintenance of all MEP systems in the buildings which includes :
fire alarm, fire fighting, potable water system, greywater systems, elevators, travelators, ELV systems ...etc
operation and maintenance of potable water supply network to the buidlings, over 8km of underground water piping network.
Reviewing the complete asset list regularly and update the preventive maintenance activities if required, to ensure the compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
Reviewing the criticality of the assets, in accordance with an agreed criteria, and based on the impact of the asset failure on the business or the health and safety.
Monitoring the execution of the preventive maintenance Plan to the agreed standard, by dip checks and sudden site visits.
Supporting the maintenance team technically in case of any failure to the system, and suggesting new systems.

Carry out Compressor overhauling work, specify the required spare parts, request it from the suppliers, and supervise the overhauling team to bring the system back to the working condition.

Leading a Maintenance team at Doha consist of 5 supervisors and more than 70 technicians.
Preparing a maintenance contracts and periodic planed maintenance for the equipments.
Determining the spare parts requirements to keep in as stock, and request it from the suppliers.
