During my 03 years stay as Assistant Engineer External Operations, with existing resources I was maintained all underground cable faults and reduced customer complaints from 26% to only 03% percent.
As Assistant Engineer internal switching I was Maintained all fault of switching systems and standby power backup D.G sets, rectifiers and batteries with zero percent breakdown and cleared all pending deficiencies.
46 telephone exchanges and a team of 14 telecomm technicians were in my charge and responsibilities were to maintain the telecomm switching, standby and backup power supply system like D.G sets, rectifiers and batteries.
07 telephone exchanges were in my charge.
04 technicians and 13 CSRs were in my team and responsibilities were to boost up sales and line fault rectification
My duties were management of CSR staff uty roster and to analyze telecomm traffic and grass rout suggestions for betterment of service during peak time along with customer directory updation.
