Since there was no department with HR policies that complied with Saudi labor laws, the HR
department was invented and implemented in the current organization.
Spearheaded the extensive hiring and selection cycle, workforce planning, and e-recruitment portal as
required to meet the requirements of the business.
Saudi recruitment in line with departmental needs and the Saudization approach. Referrals, HRDF,
Tamheer program, Taqat, Saudi manpower agencies, and head-hunting plan.
Consolidated HR functions from several different departments into a single consolidated organization
to manage all generalist affairs. I trained and supervised 5 HR personnel.
The attrition rate has been kept below 5% for the last six years. Introduced process improvements to
cut the lead time for hiring by 17% and increase staff retention by 45%.
Coordinate the Training needs analysis (TNA), training Plan, and annual training calendar, attendance,
and training effectiveness process with the relevant department head and top management.
Monitor the documentation review for ISO 9001:2015 while preparing for the annual internal audit.
Execute additional relevant tasks as instructed by the department head and top management.
Job Description
Governed and oversaw the complete recruitment team of eight (8) people for Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and other countries.
