establishing financial stability, the creation of new in-house concepts to utilize existing premises and maximise ROI. The existing in-house concepts were to be enhanced by internationally recognized franchises in the casual &
fine dining sector. The emphasis was on premium fine dining brands, which delivered quality, scale & expansion
capabilities. 12% increase in top line revenue, 8% reduction on labour costs and loss to breakeven on net profitability.
Rebranding of Fuddruckers to align with a more UpToDate image & product, with a requirement to regain its place as a market leader in the American casual dining sector. Creating a strategic plan to grow EMA global, Fuddruckers KSA, U.A.E. & Egypt and chillis KSA. Operating 38 outlets over KSA, Egypt & U.A.E. with a total revenue of 320 million Riyals. Working closely with concessions within Fuddruckers overseas to create brand alignment & growth.
Provided Athman Holding Food & Beverage division, with a clear path for setting up & opening its planned concepts. Putting in place a long-term strategic philosophy Utilising in-house concepts & franchises. A full overview of the current Riyadh market was created to understand the best areas of development that suit sustainable growth & areas where maximum profitability can be achieved. The focus was on premium lifestyle brands and becoming a strong player in the market.
