 Sourcing for corporate planned/contracted manpower per project/nationality in coordination with
recruitment agent worldwide for different positions/roles of all grades/categories.
 Conducting interviews/sourcing campaigns, and attending the ones by clients (if required).
 Clarifying/answering pre-employment queries of the prospective candidates/agencies.
 Allocating visas per agency/nationality/number of selected workers.
 Doing/finalizing all required coordination process with appointed agents outside Saudi Arabia to facilitate
visa endorsement and mobilization, including fees, required documentation & attestations, medicals, visa
stamping & travel schedule till the joining of the selected candidates (A-Z).
 Any other tasks appointed by line manager within the same job scope.
