Handle customer complaints and Monitors crew training practices
Analyze cost controls and sales trends by monitoring month end reports and statements
Works with managers to provide monthly development objectives.
Achieve the necessary staffing and scheduling of restaurant to accomplish restaurant goals and standards.
Responsible for the entire restaurant Operations. Very many hands on Operation. Ensuring a high standard of Food preparation, Presentation and Menu planning whilst maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food Safety regulations in the Kitchen and dining
