• Manage four territories of Middle East area (UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Qatar) focusing on End users, Consultants & Contractors.
• Meet, develop and maintain relations with all functional levels including management, engineering, and procurement teams to conduct presentation & update sessions on the range of products.
• Assist in designing & pricing to clients.
• Support the EMEA team in identifying new opportunities at strategic accounts.
• Analyze the current market projects, Increase the possible number of products, Maximize the portfolio in the project.
• Manage accounts worth over $8.5 million in annual sales.
• Identify areas in client operations where products can be upgraded, inventories consolidated, and improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Develop sales opportunities with new customers following up a variety of leads. To qualify leads identifying those opportunities to driving them into secured orders.
• Assemble teams, and co-lead implementation projects.
• Demonstrated an ability to manage global accounts, complex projects, and relations with high level decision makers.
• Maintain CRM using Salesforce application.
Demonstrating leadership and management of the business and accountable on the sales and marketing and the day-to-day running of various departments. Focused on developing channels that deliver the assigned targets and playing a leading role in the deployment, development and implementation of robust productive processes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all key accounts
• Targeting various sectors (Telecom, MNCs, Retail, Education, hospitality, Healthcare).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Implementing the company’s “Go-to-Market” strategies, with consideration on future trends and challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues, ensuring profitability.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with principles, key customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products & solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Own and deliver the revenue target and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish lean processes and a customer-centric approach to the learning experience.
• Evaluating the performance of the team by measuring the sales & activities assigned against the targets.

• Daily sales analyze, ensures all sales associates are aware of daily sales targets.
• Daily merchandise ordering upon the supplier schedule
• Control the after sales service
• Weekly stock position & stock value control
• Identify targets to the staff
• Handling display implementation
• Demonstrates effective management of customer satisfaction
• Conducts store opening/closing/ shift change procedures.
