• Make value sales target and product wise sales target and plan for archive that target

• Presales team help them solve for their any technical problem(Software, hardware) or any other department related problem
• New salesman hire(Interview) for new route and train him

• End of the month choose best salesman from my zone and reward him
Visit route wise Hypermarket/Supermarket 'B' grade market.
· Take order and send LPO to head office via our own android base software.
· During order push slow-moving product sales
· Collect cash/cheque deposit to head office.
· Fallow up all supply chain after summit order to before delivery
· After delivery visit outlet once again and recheck invoice and product and display slow moving product.
· Develop new Market.
· Survey ability old product and opportunity for new product.
· Send visit report to sales manager daily and weekly basis sales report amount and product wise.
Here is My Duties/Responsibilities:
Visit Foodstuff, Restaurant, Cafeteria, Groceries, and Supermarket by route by route one store once a week 4th time/month
We have more than 300 food product I need to sale 150 SKU.
Look our product on store shelves, manage them, and show on Shelves on FIFO system.
Work as a Merchandiser, Merchandise our product at Eye contact and check stock level on back store.
Make order existed low stock level product, if we carry new product brief about that and make order also.
Make delivery after take order direct from Van.
Maintain Van stock Re order.
Collect cash/cheque and deposit bank/office.
Sometimes take survey for new item and existed item market coverage.
Take feedback from consumer about recently lunched item.
Duties/Responsibilities: (At garments Section)
- Indoor sales/deal with consumer, Show goods.
- Mention goods on shelves, Back store, Warehouse.
- Collect daily Data,
- Handling POS Software,
- Tailoring booking,
- Mention Inventory management on their own made Software,
- Take customer order makes sales quotation, fallow to their order,
- Make delivery Note and sales Invoice and delivery related person related goods,
- Cash Counter management/cash handling.
- End of the day make daily report
