2.1 Job Responsibilities:
2.1.1. Cooperate with the international expert/consultants in the fields of technology, project management, customer
segmentation, and operations in order to acquire the knowhow of each field and carry on the work.
2.1.2. Assist with the technology GAP analysis report through the cooperation with ING Bearing Point consultant.
2.1.3. Assist with the creation of the bank’s strategic plan in cooperation with McKinsey&Company consultant.
2.1.4. Create and maintain a monthly reporting tool for the board of directors that includes the update of the bank’s strategic
products status.
2.1.5. Create, plan, monitor & control, and complete the strategic plan projects charters and projects documents, asses’ risks
and necessary mitigations.
2.2 Job Achievements:
2.2.1. Successfully created the required models for customer segmentation.
2.2.2. Finalized the technology sector GAP analysis under the supervision of the ING bearing point consultants.
2.2.3. Captured the technology & operations sectors work flow models and enhanced it by approximately 15% under the
supervision of the European Investment Bank consultants.
2.2.4. Implemented the National Bank of Egypt strategic plan with the aid of McKinsey&Company consultants.
2.2.5. Maintained the project management office post the McKinsey&Company consultants, coordinating the efforts of seven
senior bankers to complete the bank’s strategic plan on time.
2.2.6. Created the bank’s strategic monitoring tool to aid reporting to the board of directors.
2.2.7. One of three employees with the highest security clearance which enabled me to view actual customer and other data.
2.2.8. Became the new data center project manager to be established in the smart village.
