•Managed a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure projects upgrading hardware, software, firmware and OS through the system and software lifecycles

•Led National Grid in the implementation of an ITIL Service Management Service Integrator layer - leading the successful integration of six new vendors into their IS eco-system

•Managed a $5m project portfolio including virtual teams based in Europe, North America and offshore, with multiple time-zones, cultures and languages
•Coordinated components of the roll-out of new DII desktop/infrastructure within the MOD, 70k devices, 200k users, 650+ locations
•Led infrastructure refreshes and data centre migrations (27 applications)
•Analysed asset management data supporting due diligence activities for new business worth $200m identifying additional revenue opportunities
